Dr. Mohammad Anas
Assistant Professor

Dr. Mohammad Anas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, specializing in Statistics. Before joining SGT University, he served as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the School of Chemical and Life Sciences, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. Dr. Anas holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) Statistics from the University of Delhi, M.Sc. in Statistics, and a Ph.D. in Statistics from the Department of Statistics & Operations Research, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has also qualified for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in Mathematics. He has published various research papers in esteemed national and international journals and has actively participated in various conferences, seminars, faculty development programs, and workshops at both the national and International levels. Dr. Anas is a lifetime member of the Indian Society for Probability and Statistics. His research interests focus on Weighted Probability Distributions, Estimation Theory, and Applied Statistics.
