On the occasion of World Cancer Day, the Research and Development Cell, SGT University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Nursing and Aabir Bio-Services Foundation, organized an impactful outreach event at a Village Palri, Farukhnagar, Gurugram Distt., raising awareness about cancer prevention and early detection. The event featured an insightful lecture by an expert, Dr. Md. Kausar Neyaz, Founder and Managing Director of Aabir Bio-Services Foundation, an engaging role play by the students, and an awareness rally - all aimed at empowering young minds and rural people with knowledge.

A creative poster competition on the theme “Let’s Stop Cervical Cancer” was also organized, bringing together talented students to raise awareness through art. With powerful visuals and impactful messages, participants showcased their creativity to highlight the importance of early detection, prevention, and support for cancer warriors. Together, we stand stronger in the fight against cancer!
