Neet UG 2025 Opens Registration: Countdown Starts for Medical Students

NEET UG 2025 registrations are open until March 7, 2025, on neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET UG exam date 2025 is May 4, 2025. This exam is a gateway to medical courses like MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH programs. The NEET UG 2025 registration details, NEET UG application process, NEET UG fee structure, NEET UG 2025 schedule, and other NEET UG 2025 exam details are available on the NTA website. NEET UG scores are also used for BSc Nursing admissions and are also valid for MBBS admissions abroad. SGT University (SGTU) offers programs for students looking for options beyond government colleges.


NEET UG 2025 Registration Details

Registrations for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025, which is a gateway to all the undergraduate medical courses in India, are now open. National Testing Agency (NTA) students can log in to the National Testing Agency (NTA) website, neet.nta.nic.in, to register their applications.


Students can register their application till 11.50 pm of March 7, 2025. The NEET UG 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on May 4, 2025, in offline mode from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Aspirants can download their admit cards on or before May 1, 2025, just a few days ahead of the exam.


NTA conducts the NEET UG exam every year for various health programmes at the undergraduate level, including MBBS, BDS and BVSC & AH. Furthermore, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, the NEET UG 2025 is also valid for admission to BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses in all the medical institutions under this act. Qualifying for the NEET exam is the mandatory criterion to get admission to any of the above medical courses in India.


In India, the score of NEET UG remains valid for one year. Whereas, for admission to MBBS courses in countries like Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, the score validity is three years.


Moreover, MNS (Military Nursing Service) aspirants who want to get admission to the BSc nursing course conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals are also required to qualify for NEET UG 2025. The NEET score will be used for shortlisting the candidates for selection to the four-year BSc Nursing course.
