Ms. Aditi Saini

Ms. Aditi Saini is employed as a teaching assistant at faculty of law, SGT University. She graduated (BA.LLB.) from Banasthali University, Rajasthan and pursued her Master in Laws (LL.M.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Thereafter, she joined as an advocate and a member of SCBA at Supreme Court of India. She worked under the aegis of Advocate General, Government of Haryana. She briefly practiced at District Court, Gurgaon and NCDRC, New Delhi. Her research domain includes cyber laws and cyber forensics, consumer-centric laws, woman-centric laws, bankruptcy laws and criminology & penology anchored in analysing death penalty for crimes in various countries. She brings with her the consolidation of practical and theoretical knowledge of law.
