Dr. Akhilesh

Dr Akhilesh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Samhita & Siddhant at the Faculty of Indian Medical System, SGT University, Gurugram. He pursued his undergraduation (BAMS) from Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab from Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab in the year 2015 and completed his Post Graduation(MD) in Ayurveda Samhita & Siddhant from National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, Rajasthan in 2021. Previously, he has worked as an academician/ Assistant professor in Ch. Devilal college of Ayurveda, Yamunanagar and Mahaveer University, Meerut. He believes that, it is imperative for any physician to excel both in academic knowledge and practical understanding. Teaching is definitely a scope for self learning where I am bestowed with a chance to summarise, persue, rectify and refine my understanding about Ayurveda. Dr. Akhilesh is a Lifetime member of many organisations like Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad, NASYA, Punjab and Alumini welfare Association, NIA, Jaipur. Dr. Akhilesh has excellent clinical expertise in Ayurveda Dermatology, Male & female infertility, Diabetes, Lifestyle ailments and many chronic diseases etc. He has attented one CME for teachers at NIA, Jaipur, sponsered by RAV, New Delhi. Also, he has completed WORKSHOPS on Manuscriptology by NODAL AGENCY, NIA, Jaipur. He has given his services in many health camps held by mbile units, NIA , Jaipur during postgraduate studies.
