Dr. Krishma

Dr.Krishma hails from New Delhi. She has done graduation from Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Science, Rohtak and Post graduation in Swasthavritta & Yoga from KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research, Belagavi. Researched on the topic "Evaluation of Suryanamaskara Practice on Human Skin, Gut and Nasal Microbiome in healthy individuals - An Exploratory Clinical Study". Held position of Coordinator of Rathasaptami event - a campaign to promote suryanamaskara, every year during period of her post graduation . Taken yoga and meditation sessaions for the public in her college campus. Completed (Inter Disciplinary) course in Yoga & Wellness .Completed value added course on Medical Education Technology. Presented paper presentations in the international conferences, also involved in activities like NSS camp conducted in the different villages, cultural events, free health camps in the hospitals etc.
