Dr. Jyoti Kumbar is senior professor and consultant in the dept of Prasuti Tantra & Stree Roga,Faculty of Indian Mediacl System SGT University,Gurugram Haryana with more than 15 years of experience. Dr. Jyoti has a huge Clinical practice background in the form of Integrated Ayurveda care, Conduction of more than 3000 normal/assisted deliveries, minor and major surgical procedures, unique local procedures, Panchakarma, Ksharakarma, Agni karma etc. and has served as a consultant at reputed hospitals like KLE Ayurveda hospital, JGCH Ayurveda hospital and Parul Ayurveda hospital in the past.
Teaching Interests
- Contributed to teaching modules for the LMS of SGT University. Academic head at FIMS, SGT University, Implementaion and monitoring of new MSE prescribed by NCISM. Development of Value added/Multidisciplinary courses.
Research Interests
- Key role in getting NABH accreditation for 3 reputed Ayurveda hospitals including AyurVAID Hospitals, Bangalore, KLE AyurWorld, Belagavi and Parul Ayurved Hospital Gujarat. Guided 2 Post graduate students and presently guiding 8 Ph.D Scholars at SGT University.
