The students were shortlisted on the basis of Preliminary round conducted on 29 April 2025. Based on their performance in the preliminary round, a total of 16 students were selected to participate in the final event, which took place on 2nd May 2025. Out of these, 12 students were chosen from the 2024–2025 academic batch, while the remaining 4 students were selected from the 2023–2024 batch. The selection was purely merit-based, determined by the scores obtained in the preliminary quiz.

The program, the final event, began with a warm welcome by Dr. Sunidhi Kaundal, Assistant Professor, Kaya Chikitsa Dept. who emphasized the importance of such intellectual platforms in enhancing both academic proficiency and personal growth. This was followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting, graced by the Dean FIMS (Prof.) Dr. Anil Sharma sir, and faculty members, accompanied by students singing the auspicious Dhanvantari Vandana, invoking the blessings of health and knowledge.

Dean Sir then addressed the gathering with encouraging words, motivating students to take advantage of every opportunity to learn beyond textbooks. Dr. Sunidhi Kaundal introduced the Quiz Master, Dr. Anjali Sanjeev, Assistant Professor, Agad tantra Dept. who efficiently took charge of the competition. The quiz began with a fair and fun team formation process, where team leaders picked group labels and members through chits. Dr. Anjali Sanjeev then outlined the rules and structure of the competition, which included multiple rounds like General round, MCQs, visuals, and a rapid-fire segment, making the quiz both challenging and enjoyable.

Throughout the event, Dr. Sunidhi Kaundal engaged the audience with quiz questions to keep the energy alive and involve non-participants. The results were meticulously compiled by Dr. Karuna Deshmukh , Assistant Professor, Kriya Sharir Dept. and Dr. Sakshi, Assistant Professor, Kriya Sharir Dept. A prize distribution ceremony followed, where winners were felicitated by the Dean FIMS. Awards were given to the fourth-place team, second runner-up, first runner-up, and the overall winner of Quiz Wizards.

The event concluded with congratulatory remarks by the Dean FIMS, appreciating the effort of organizers and the enthusiasm of participants. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. Anupam Sharma ,Professor & HOD of Kriya Sharir Department, acknowledging the support of faculty, student volunteers, and everyone involved in making the event a success. Overall, Quiz Wizards not only tested academic knowledge but also promoted teamwork, confidence, and a love for learning among all who participated.
