Chef Kunal Sain is an accomplished academician with a deep passion for Food, Hospitality, and Tourism. He holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from IHM Pusa, New Delhi, one of India’s premier institutions in hotel management.
>Mr. Sain is dedicated to teaching and mentoring students, combining academic knowledge with real-world insights. He brings valuable industry experience, having worked with prestigious 5-star properties like Le Meridien, New Delhi. >In addition to his academic and professional contributions, Mr. Sain has been invited multiple times by Doordarshan Kisan to share his expertise on various topics, including millet-based dishes, the integration of millets into healthy diets, and sustainable food practices.
