The Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management conducted an engaging “Workshop on Ice Cream Making” on 19th March 2025, led by distinguished alumnus Mr. Jariwal from the food and beverage industry. The session offered students hands-on experience and key insights into ice cream production, covering ingredient selection, flavor balancing, and creative presentation.
Participants explored innovative flavors while learning about market trends, cost management, and customer preferences. The workshop also emphasized hygiene and quality standards, and provided a valuable platform for student-alumni interaction, mentorship, and networking.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A and networking session, encouraging professional growth and entrepreneurial thinking among future hospitality professionals.
