On 4th April 2025, students from Excellence School had the opportunity to visit the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management (FHTM) at SGT University for an engaging and informative exploration of the hospitality industry. The visit was designed to introduce students to the dynamic world of hospitality by providing hands-on exposure to key departments such as front office operations, food production, housekeeping, and guest services. Throughout the day, students participated in interactive sessions led by faculty members and industry professionals, gaining valuable insights into the operational aspects and career prospects within the sector. Practical demonstrations, including live culinary sessions and housekeeping practices, helped bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world application. The experience allowed students to better understand the professional skills, work ethics, and creativity required in the hospitality field.
