A health awareness camp was conducted by the final year BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) interns on 28th March 2025 at Navjyoti, located at 1st Floor, Opposite House No. 543p, Sector 45, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003. The camp aimed to educate the local community on the importance of preventive healthcare and the benefits of naturopathy and yoga. Various activities were carried out, including basic health checkups such as BP and BMI measurement, awareness talks on lifestyle disorders, demonstrations of yoga techniques for stress relief, and individual counseling sessions. Informational brochures on naturopathy and holistic living were also distributed. The camp saw active participation from community members and helped spread awareness about natural approaches to health and well-being.
