The Faculty of Education at SGT University organized a workshop on "Strategic Question Design: Advancing Learning Using Bloom’s Taxonomy" to enhance educators' ability to design effective questions that promote critical thinking. The event featured Dr. Amit Ahuja, a distinguished educator from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, as the guest speaker.

The session began with a welcome note by Dr. Madhavi Sharma, Dean, Faculty of Education, followed by a felicitation ceremony for Dr. Ahuja. He then conducted an insightful session on Bloom’s Taxonomy, explaining its six cognitive levels—Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, and Create—emphasizing their role in fostering deeper learning. Participants gained practical strategies to craft questions that encourage both foundational understanding and advanced problem-solving.

The workshop was highly interactive, with educators engaging in discussions and hands-on activities. It concluded with a Q&A session, where participants clarified doubts and explored real-world applications of Bloom’s framework. The event was a valuable learning experience, equipping educators with essential tools to enhance student learning outcomes.
