Makar Sankranti, a harvest festival celebrating the sun's transition into Capricorn, was observed with enthusiasm and educational purpose at Udaan School, SGT University, on January 14, 2025. The celebration embraced traditional Makar Sankranti customs with adaptations to ensure student accessibility. A small symbolic bonfire was arranged at a safe distance, allowing students to experience the warmth associated with winter harvest festivals.
