Session on Sensible Leadership

On December 3-4, 2024, the Faculty of Commerce & Management at SGT University hosted two impactful events. A session on Sensible Leadership by Dr. Chandersekhar Pran, Chairman of Panch Parmeshwar Vidyapeetha, provided profound insights into leadership rooted in wisdom, empathy, and practicality, inspiring attendees under the guidance of Dr. Ajay Bamba and coordination of Dr. Reetika Dadheech. The following day, a workshop on AI-driven recruitment, featuring industry expert Affaque Ahmed, Founder @ Xifaq, offered hands-on experience with AI tools and chatbots, transforming perspectives on talent acquisition.
